Wireless Vehicle Calibration
Imagine if you bought a new phone and weren't able to change the background, screen brightness, ringer volume, etc. Just like your phone, your vehicle has a lot of settings that can be changed. Until now, these vehicle settings have required expensive and/or difficult to use equipment to calibrate. ECRI lets you change those settings wirelessly and customize your vehicle just as easily as customizing your phone.
How Does ECRI Work?
Download the app to your iOS or Android phone or tablet. Open the ECRI app and you will see it trying to connect. Plug the ECRI device in the OBD port. Your ECRI app will finish connecting, decode your vin, retrieve a list of available settings from our server and display those settings along with their current values in a list for you. Select the setting(s) you wish to change and type in a new value. Click the write programming button, then follow the on-screen prompts.
Within seconds your vehicle will be updated. After programming, unplug the ECRI device and keep it for next time, or share it with a friend.

ECRI does not change any physical aspect of your vehicle, it only allows you to adjust the calibration to match the installed components.
* 4XE Models are limited to gear ratios < 4.50
ECRI is compatible with:
Apple devices: iOS 9+
Android devices: 5+
Both Android and iOS require internet (cellular or WiFi), Bluetooth 4 and GPS. If you're not sure, most phones sold during the last several years are compatible.
